JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Acts as an intermediary department, connecting departments and streamlining processes.
- Utilizes technology to optimize workflows.
- Manages employee accounts and supports their needs.
- Monitors and implements processes on technology platforms.
- Ensures smooth and efficient operations, supporting the daily management of Prime Company in Vietnam and Malaysia.
- Deploy processes from leadership to all employees in Vietnam and Malaysia.
- Assist in the implementation and improvement of operational processes and procedures
- Support in tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress and identify trends.
- Generates reports to communicate operational performance.
- Researches industry best practices and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of operational activities.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of operational documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials.
- Supports the Operations team in various tasks and projects.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.
- Having a logical mindset and problem-solving skill.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Prior experience or coursework in operations management or related fields is a plus.
